Campaign Planner

Required skills for this role:

The Role

Purpose-led creative communications agency, Shape History are looking for candidates who have an interest in account management and campaign organising, with 3+ years’ industry experience, who are looking to join a fast growing, impactful agency working in social change

If you’re a organised individual who loves working on a range of exciting, impactful projects, this full-time role is perfect for you. Having a good understanding of managing multiple projects and stakeholders is essential to this role. It will involve you communicating with our internal team and our inspiring partners both nationally and globally.

Roles and responsibilities: 

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts, ensure the timely and successful high quality delivery of our assets according to our partners’ needs and objectives.
  • Having autonomy over your work, by understanding every aspect of the projects you run, including timings, deliverables, and budgets, and ensuring they are up to date.
  • Work with our Finance Manager to ensure all receipts and bills are shared within an appropriate time frame. 
  • At the start of each project, you will create a work plan, assess the risks to the project and create a timeline and monitor this throughout the project, adjusting timings as and when necessary. 
  • Potential to line manage at least one Campaign Planner, answering any queries they may have on their projects.
  • Your role is to monitor and act as a conductor for your projects. On occasion, you may be required to conduct research (digital and offline) for partners and presenting this as required.
  • Work closely with our strategic specialists, bringing them on board as and when we need them on your accounts. 
  • Work closely with our designers, web developers and videographers, ensuring that all creative feedback is implemented in our work, and guiding them where necessary.
  • Have confidence in advising partners in directions that you believe are suitable to them.
  • Proof read all content that is sent to our partners, including creative assets, social media content calendars etc.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting partner relationships by developing commonalities with our partners, and understand their wants and needs.
  • Pre-empting and thinking ahead week by week to ensure your projects are running according to plan. 
  • Develop our existing agile management process and adapt this to our wants and needs. 
  • Create agendas for all internal and partner meetings and time-keep to ensure these are kept to. 

Remuneration: Overall package worth between £27,000-36,000 per year, depending on experience

Mid-Weight Brand Designer

Essential Skills

  • A confident, organised individual with the ability to multitask and communicate with multiple stakeholders.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in a mid / senior design role.
  • To be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of behavioural design.
  • Have a clear process and an excellent understanding of brand implementation.
  • Responsive, comprehensive and detailed project management, with the ability to be autonomous in your work.
  • Full and in-depth understanding of the Adobe CC and related programs.
  • Must be able to effectively independently project manage workflows and oversee other team members when required.
  • Proven and comprehensive portfolio of work with references / testimonials.
  • A firm passion to make a positive impact in society.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of film, animation and other multi-media workflows relating to design.
  • Knowledge of persona mapping and audience data strategy as it pertains to design.

The Role

We’re on the search for a full time Senior Brand and UX Designer with 4+ years’ experience looking to enhance their creative skills in a fast growing, purpose-led agency. This is a fantastic opportunity to have the creative freedom to ideate and design brands with a social good purpose.

Day-to-day work

  • Supporting the Associate Creative Director with day to day creative tasks.
  • Supporting brainstorms with the full team to inspire new ideas to fuel social change using digital and print media.
  • Use strategic and behavioural analysis to inform brand design.
  • Develop multi-platform design workflows for new or existing brands. 
  • Working closely with our web developers to deliver branded  UX / UI behavioural design.
  • Ideate, design and develop wireframes and page designs for websites with varying degrees of complexity. 
  • Manage digital design workflows and implement briefs to a schedule.
  • Lead on development of designs that are innovative and intuitive, ensuring brand consistency and quality throughout.
  • Managing and organising your own tasks, updating our Campaign Planners on when they will receive certain assets.
  • Ensuring all client feedback is implemented to the highest quality and running through this with them during meetings.
  • Confidently making creative suggestions to improve pieces of work to our clients.
  • Overseeing and providing feedback to our Digital Creatives to improve their quality of work.

Salary:  £28,000-32,000 pro rata based on experience
