Digital Marketing Strategy Lead

Who we’re looking for:

  • A confident individual, with 3+ years’ experience of account management, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working on multiple projects and multi-tasking within a small team where every hour matters and we can’t carry passengers. Project organisation is really important.
  • Very good ability to develop and implement ad strategies and campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • A competent team leader and collaborator.
  • A firm interest across campaigning and creative storytelling who can demonstrate passion for specific causes.
  • Comfortable working under both time and volume pressures.
  • Proven, good written skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing paid media marketing campaigns, media budgeting and forecasting techniques.
  • Strong PPC experience, with proven track record of optimising paid search/social traffic to CPA targets.
  • Demonstrable experience of identifying SEO optimisation opportunities and implementing improvements.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience of using a range of analysis, reporting and channel management/optimisation tools e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO ranking, and keyword analysis tools.
  • Ability to analyse large volumes of data and communicate insights to senior management team.
  • Some experience and knowledge of CRM systems and strategy would be a plus.
  • A growth hacker mindset, thinking outside the box and showing a hands-on approach.

The role

You will be part of the Strategy team, specialising in digital marketing, working closely with our partners to create high quality, impactful campaigns

Closing Date:​  Friday 5th July at 6pm, 2019

Day to day work:

  • Develop engagement strategies for content distribution on social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & Instagram.
  • Develop and present all PPC channels, including: Google AdWords, Bing and retargeting.
  • Design and implement Lead and project manage a variety of partnerships, and delegate tasks as required.
  • Research & present budgets for all ads and campaigns.
  • Bring digital marketing expertise to internal & external meetings as required.
  • Use a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC strategies.
  • Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Present data back to partner stakeholders with meaningful data on a regular basis
  • Analyse social media insights to guide future social media campaigns and planning.
  • Keep up to date with new social media tactics, trends and technologies, implementing these in developing current and upcoming campaigns.
  • Support the Strategy Lead and wider team to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.

Salary: £26,000-£35,000, dependent on experience

Junior Campaigns Strategist

Who we’re looking for:

  • A confident, organised project manager, with a meticulous eye for detail with 1-2 years’ experience.
  • A campaigner mindset – someone who can demonstrate passion for specific causes.
  • Research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A fantastic collaborator.  
  • A strong storyteller and creative professional who can advise on solutions for content.
  • Comfortable working under both time and volume pressures.  
  • Proven, good written skills.

The role

You will be part of the Strategy team, working closely with our partners to create high quality, impactful campaigns.

Closing date: Friday 7th June at 6pm, 2019

Day to day work:

  • Lead on day-to-day project management with a range of inspiring partner organisations, communicating with them on a daily basis.
  • Conduct research (digital and offline) for partners and presenting this as required.
  • Write and implement communications and/or digital strategy documents and/or reports.  
  • Work closely with our creative team,  ensuring that all creative feedback is implemented in our work, and guiding them where necessary.
  • Build and amend project timelines and managing budgets for certain projects.
  • Advise partners on strategic communication, with guidance from one of our Strategy Leads.
  • Possibility to manage partner social media channels, including content calendar creation, implementation, and paid ad campaign management.
  • Work collaboratively with members of the Strategy, Creative, and Partner teams, to support and make the most out content, timelines, and platforms available.
